Fast and friendly service They removed our old softener and replaced it with a new one (rental). We used the Water Store at our previous house as well. They were quick to remove it for the new owners. No hassles and we didn't pay extra. We had it for over 2 years. The cost is $25 per month for the softener rental.

They never answer their phones! I have called them at all times of the day, and no one ever answers. Just rings three times and goes to fax. No voice mail or anything. Either its only a fax line that's listed or they just never pick up the phone.
