Great coffee and atmosphere. Have never been disappointed. Much better than equivalent large coffee chains

your customer service is so slow and sucks. I bought a medium hot chocolate and I've been waiting for 10min and my order is still pending! one of the tatooted guy is so slow making orders he manage to chit-chat with the customers kid while Four of us waiting . How complicated to make a hot chocolate? I even follow up my order still nothing happend. I just left coz i don't want to miss my Train.

Delicious. I had a scone and Chai latte and my hubby had a freedom fighter coffee and cookie! Bought some whole bean coffee to go.
