  Ordered a pizza via the Pizza Pizza app on my phone. Went to have a quick shower as I live just down the street. Got there and stood in line for a simple pick up. 2 workers and who I believe to be a manager just stood there and looked at me. One worker walked right by me and didn't even acknowledge that I was there – he then proceeded to go into the back and was not seen again. The man in dress clothing also walked right by the counter and then returned back to the kitchen. Finally, the 3rd worker after finishing everything he was doing before even uttering a word to me or the group behind me in line – came over and took my request. The entire process of checking me out took a single minute, while I was waiting for at least 5 minutes while the pizza I'm assuming got cold. I got the pizza after paying $20 for a medium size, then returned home to watch a movie. I got about half way through the pizza in a few minutes (I was hungry :3), and had to place it into my oven to hear it up again. Pizza taste was actually not bad, but customer service needs improvement. I don't mean to be a complainer, but I noticed these problems when I moved to Guelph 10+ years ago. Nothing really seems to come from these reviews.
