  Just walked out because they refused to sell me my order because I commented one was for my dog.... she said she needed to charge me for every topping on all the subs, because the owner said because it was for my dog.... I have called head office. I have never been so offended by a establishment in my life. Mr. Sub has been my favourite for years and we had commented going into the store how great the location in Oakville was a couple weeks ago… And this has totally destroyed that reputation. One of the comments that I had said to the owner was it was none of her business he was going to eat the sub if it was my dog or if I was to give it to a homeless person… And she said no no no dog no eat my sub… No two homeless men either I charge you more The owner was not only rude, angry, but actually kind of scary how she profusely started to sweat and scream at me. While I was on the phone to head office. Where I was only able to leave a message. I walked out and did not give this establishment any of my services. And she's followed me to the door demanding that I pay for everything because it's for my dog.... she wanted to charge me what I would assume to be four times the price of a sub I have never m

  Great place for a quick sub.. You can get in and out of the parking lot easily as they have over 4 entrances. The owners are great. A young family who immigrated from China. They work tireless hours but always greet you with a smile.
