  I just had four items framed during their winter sale. Audrey (owner) and Emma helped me pick the best frames, mats and glass for me. Their communication was professional and enthusiastic. The final products look excellent. If you are looking for your art to be beautifully framed by expert staff, this is the place.

  Must be nice to work in a family business where you can't be fired or you are given a job, because nobody else will hire you. I was at the Marketfresh store in downtown Guelph and popped into the framing store next door. There were two women standing beside the front door. I walked in and no hello, not even a smile. I did not dare interrupt, they were sooo busy talking about themselves. I walked around waiting for about five minutes and the two women were still talking and leaning in the doorway to the framing room. I had four 2X8 foot panels with 5000 coins that I wanted framed. Needed non reflective glass and I wanted to know if they had that, the delivery time and cost. I was prepared to pay a few thousand dollars. But nobody there could be bothered to help me. As I opened the front door one woman did say 'hello there', I said hey, and then other woman abruptly said 'anyway' and then they just went back to gossiping!! Must be nice, I know if I treated my clients like that I would be bankrupt! Not bad service ...just no service!! A really creepy experience.
