  I ordered one of their "light" subs, which was lighter on calories but not on flavour. The smoked turkey actually tastes smoked and the spicy mustard complimented it nicely. The side pickle was pretty tasty too. Great price for the excellent quality of food.

  From recommendation from the staff I order the smokehouse beef & cheddar brisket and it was like symphony to my taste buds . I can never step into Subway again after tasting such quality ingredients only regret not ordering a large sub so I could enjoy more bites.

  Firehouse sub is a new sub sandwich restaurant in the south end of Guelph. When you walk in, you are greeted by the staff with a welcoming harmonious "Hello". The food was amazing, I enjoyed a sweet and spicy meatball sub, and a beef brisket. The food tasted real, and nothing like a fast food restaurant. The service was great, really friendly and helpful, and knowledgeable of the products offered. I was able to ask for advice and received knowledgable answers to my questions. The speed was a little slow, but its a new place and staff was training, so its completely understandable. I will be visiting again, thanks firehouse!
