  Servers know their product well and are great about answering questions - always with a smile. I have purchased teas and accessories for myself and as gifts and have consistently had excellent service. They have also proven to be very patient (and successful!) with their next generation of clients by answering questions and encouraging my "tween" and her friends to try different teas.

  Davidstea as a chain is wonderous - no matter where you go you will recieve universally mouthwatering and day altering teas ( from an endless selection of colours and creativty titles that will warm your heart as much as your tummy ) For people who have dietary restrictions or difficulties with caffine, all products are helpfully colour coded and caffine rated to assist with your selection. The reason this particular location gets only a star review is because of the consistant poor service that seems to be attained within. Myself and fellow collegues have struggled to have a good experience with our servers and often feel rushed and made out to be a bother. Sometimes, a smile would be nice as well...
